CONFIRM TREATMENT REQUIREMENTS
Initially we will ask you for the vessel name, location, its flag registration and when, ideally, you would like the service. We will ask you to email us the previous treatment schedule and certificate and to let us know if any items have changed. If this is not available and or you are treating for the first time, we will probably request a list of items on board and will supply a check list for you to complete. Given a few hours we will discuss with you what needs to be treated for compliance to MGN 580 (M).
PROVIDE QUOTATION
Based on the information you provide we will finalise an extremely competitive quotation which will include all our expenses and a 24-month Certificate. If you are happy to proceed simply sign and return the document with your desired intervention window.
ALLOCATE LOCAL AGENT
We will assign the application to one of our accredited local agents who will contact you to agree a treatment date and time that is convenient to you. We understand dates can change so having local partners offers maximum flexibility. The added benefit is that if any items are not on board at the original treatment date, due to their proximity to the ports, the applicator can return later.
DAY OF TREATMENT
Our partners will take stringent measures to protect both you, your crew and themselves during the current COVID-19 restrictions.
The partners are trained to ensure the treatment is seamless and will work with you during the application to minimise any disruption to your daily work schedules. We use special blankets to absorb the spray fall to minimise the necessity of time wasted through cleaning over-sprayed areas. The partners know that these preparations save valuable time and money.
On completion of the treatment, you will be asked to check the work and sign the treatment schedule.
The product has been used to treat thousands of metres of fabrics over several years with many satisfied clients.
CERTIFICATE PROVIDED
On completion the Certificate is prepared and can be available within 24 hours. Certificates are issued immediately the invoice is paid and funds have been received.
CERTIFICATE RENEWAL
Three months prior to the certificate expiring we will send you a polite reminder.
