They include interior designers, project managers, refit companies, yacht builders, management companies, owners and captains. Yacht Protect Services through being professionally organised was the first company to attain the new MGN 580 (M) accreditation from the MCA through its UK notified body BTTG (British Textile Technology Group). Our product and services are approved and compliant to MCA MGN 580 (M) and the Red Ensign Group (REG) coded yachts. Our certificates are accepted by all the major flag registries.
We maintain the strictest methods and consistent procedures to satisfy the annual audit by the MCA Notified Body BTTG to the principles of ISO 9001.
YPS only use the robust and unique FIRESTOP-PRO product which comfortably supports a 24 – month Certificate. We operate in key cruising areas to ensure we provide a service that suits the needs of our customers whenever and wherever it is needed. With 16 partners globally who are local Upholstery and Carpet cleaning professionals they can provide highly competitive quotations for pre- cleaning services prior to Fire Retardant treatments. The highest standards are always maintained.
